Wooster Brush

This is a review for customer support service, not actual work performed, but the service was so outstanding that it requires special mention: I filled out an online request on the Wooster Brush website asking them recommend which of their pro-quality paint rollers would be best for applying a particular high-end urethane floor coating to my wood shed floor. I mentioned it was for a very small job (240 sq. ft.). I expected just a short answer, but instead, customer support (Larry Schwartz) wrote me an email asking me to call him at work or on his cell phone to discuss my needs further. At the end of the conversation, Mr. Schwartz insisted that I allow him to call tech support for the manufacturer of the urethane product, determine the best rollers for my needs based on the product specifications, and then send me a few rollers for free. He followed through; I received the rollers yesterday. THANK YOU Mr. Schwartz, and well done!
