They set the appointment but called the following day to let me know they would have to cancel.  They have issues getting parts for Samsung appliances and won't service them.  I ordered the part and replaced myself.

Great.  They were done in about 30 minutes. The only problem was that they didn't put my address on the invoice, so the person coming to my house had to call me to find out where I lived.

I bought a washer from Wooster Appliance Ctr and it did not go well. We brought it in and they tested on it and it was loud and one of the guys said why you have to kind of break it in, so I called the GE customer service, they sent a tech out of Mansfield and he told there is major problems with this thing and then the guy tells me well, we normally have to fix them, we can't replace them and he acted like they were doing me a favor by replacing it, I said it came to my house broken, it was not a pleasant experience. They did replace the washer and it is fine now. Price was okay.

Repairman came to house, proceeded to look at refrigerator.  When told that he was to look at washer, he replied that he wasn't sure what to look at, and assumed it was the fridge.  He came back and fixed the washer.  The girl that took the appt, was rude and asked the same questions several times.  i'm not surprised it got messed up,

When I set up the appointment, I was asked what the model was of the
oven that I was having repaired so that the technician could have
appropriate common repair parts in his truck.  The technician arrived
promptly for the appointment.  He was very neat while pulling apart the
oven and described what he was doing.  He had to order a part, so he
first called the store to get a quote before placing the order for the
part.  Once the part was in, another appointment was set up and he
finished the repair.  I was so happy with the service that I called
Wooster Appliance center a few weeks later to install a new range hood. 
I plan on having them work on all of my appliances.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this store. The man on staff who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted me, answered my questions, and also gave me enough space to look around on my own when I hinted that I would like to browse. He helped me to pick out a washer and dryer on sale for $200 less than the normal sale price (Columbus Day sale), and when I purchased them, he also made copies of some rebate paperwork and filled out most of it for me.

I was especially happy that delivery and set up service was included with my purchase (for no cost). They gave me an hour window for delivery, and the service men were very prompt. They removed (and reinstalled) my door to get the set inside, brought all of the cords and such for installation, and tested the units and showed me how to use them. They would have hauled away the old washer/dryer if I'd had them as well.

Overall, I am a very happy customer and will be returning to this store for any appliance needs in the future.
