A long list of disappointments the past few years, such as:
It got so bad that, shortly after my last oil change, the light saying my oil was dirty came on, and I thought it entirely plausible that they claimed they changed the oil but didn't (actually the sensor was malfunctioning).
- * They claimed they checked my brakes and said I had 50% life on the pads when it was really less than 5%.
- * I had a recurring problem, which they would "fix" and then it would come back a few days later. They got annoyed that I kept bringing it back to them.
- * They told me I had a brake issue which would cost ~$600 to fix. I took it to another shop and they couldn't find a problem.
