Description of Work: Had a deck added to my house through Lowe's. Started out strong doing a good job but then the finished product had many mistakes and short cuts. Lowe's did send them out to correct the issues most of the stuff still looked bad. Example, stair treads on composite deck the ends look bad, how do you make it look better. Took me 30 seconds to look it up on YouTube to find a better way called picture framing so the butt ends do not show. End result is we are very unsatisfied. Will never contract through Lowe's or that general contractor again...... lesson learned........

Description of Work: We've remodeled our whole kitchen thru Lowe's in Wooster, Ohio. I would have to say that the whole experience was very good. David, in Cabinets, was excellent. Very professional. Tom, the cabinet installer, was also excellent. I would not hesitate to use him again. Jim ,in flooring and tile , was very helpful and friendly. The flooring installers were great. From the measurements, to the install, it was very positive.
