 + -1 moreDel was the right man, with the right tools, for the right price. He was willing to work on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem- a worn out pump. Anytime you can hire a person with 30 years experience you should do so; they will have been around long enough to know what works and what doesn't. That's Del.

 + 1 moreThis provider helped me diagnose the problem over the phone to determine if a service call was even necessary. After it was determined that he did need to come out, he came after hours and still only charged me for a standard service call. He took his time explaining what he was doing and giving me pointers of what to check periodically to prevent the need for service. One of the things that he fixed, he showed me exactly how to do it so that I could prevent future service calls. When he told me the total cost for the service call which lasted more than an hour (after hours) was only $60, I was in disbelief.

 + -1 moreI highly recommend Dell's Well and Pump Service. I called and left a message and was called back in approximately 30 minutes and in another 30 minutes he was here to fix the problem. Fast, friendly service at an excellent price!
Description of Work: During a storm we had the power go out just briefly but it was long enough to shut down the well. I know nothing about wells and tried calling several places for help including HAD welling and drilling who had installed the well pump originally. I began calling HAD about 7:00 p.m. last night and left several messages for their emergency well service. By noon the next day no one had returned my call. Through a friend I learned about Dell's Well Pump Service. It turned out to be a minor problem but he took the time to explain to me how to fix it should it happen again. There was a reset switch I was unaware of and he took the time to explain to me exactly how it worked and even offered to change the water filter for me.

 + -1 moreEverything when without a problem. I called in the evening and Del was there first thing in the morning. By noon we had water again. This guy is great, and his prices are very, very fair.
Description of Work: After my submersible well pump failed to run, Del installed a new pump in less than 24 hours of the failure.
