I took it in at about 5pm and I received a call at 11 am the following day to say that it was ready. My bill was $25 + tax, and they "reset the PRAM". I am pleased with the speed and the price and the polite and friendly fellow who took care of me at the front desk.

1) they misdiagnosed my computer and told me they had to replace a different part than originally told me 2) REPLACED A PART THAT THEY NEVER TOLD ME NEEDED REPLACED (A FAN) 3) DROPPED MY COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME AT THE STORE WHEN THEY WENT TO RETURN IT 4) refused to give me my money back after they did all the above on top of move screws around in my computer that I did not ask for 5) when they tried to return my computer to me, they were going to give my computer back without detecting my hard drive Horrible experience. I would’ve paid the $600 again on top of the $600 I paid to get it fixed for the original quote to have them ever touch my computer in the first place. Kevin is a coward and called me without called ID and refused to give me my money back with such horrible service regarding this issue.

"We offered to rectify the issues caused by the computer accidentally being dropped. We offered to replace the customers case with the exact one that he had. He declined our offer. As for his other statements, the computer arrived to us not functioning and left fully functional with the initial issue resolved. Just because this customer is not getting his way, he chose to defame us online and also instructed his friends to do the same. As for the owner calling you from a blocked number, he was not in the store and called you from his personal phone, so of course he would block his number. Customers do not need to know employees personal numbers."
