Tire Rotation comes from an earlier purchase of 4 new tires. Customer service follow-through is great. Their record-keeping is accurate and up to date. I switched to using synthetic oil in my2009 Dodge van - 85,425 miles at that time. Synthetic oil allows me to travel farther before the next oil change. With the additional cost for the oil, Kauffman offered me a rebate coupon to offset the cost compared to conventional oil previously used. I get all my auto repair done at Kauffman Tire: Tire replacement, brakes, and alignments, oil changes. My waiting time was well within reason. They were prompt, courteous, and skilled in their work. I have never been dissatisfied. I recommend them to my friends whenever the topic of auto repair comes up.
