I had taken the faucet apart and could not find the problem. He diagnosed immediately that it was a faulty balancing spool. He came back the next day with a replacement. It took 30 seconds to install. The initial $69 charge was appropriate, but $259 to replace a part that just took 30 seconds was very inappropriate.Their price is structured in 5 parts - $79, $129, $189, $259 and $369 regardless of time spent!!! I complained to the company, but as of yet have not heard back from them.

They are very reliable. They always wear footies when they are in the house so they don't track anything in. It's always comfortable having them at the house.

i called the emergency number and even though im not the owner of the home mike was there in 15 minutes he didnt take long to find the problem but he couldnt do anything that day, i think it was a sunday anyhow. He came out the next day cut the wall open and found the leak then he replaced the piping that was old and rotted with new pvc material.

 now we are waiting on the the drywall guy for over a week but the drywall guy is someone the owner is using uuughh wonder how long we will be waiting

They are a plumbing and heating company.  They are just awesome.  They set a magnet on my fridge when I was here.  They have different locations.  I think the Benjamin Franklin people went and bought different plumbing and heating services, but then they needed to be updated.  Nobody knows what their old name was.  They have a website.  They are licensed and certified.  They were just very nice and very friendly.  It was a really good experience.  They did a great job and were very clean about everything.  We haven't had any problems since.  They were very professional and not creepy.
