We've used a variety of plumbers but Arch has done the best work for the best price. There's no comparison. I don't use anyone else now.

Very poor. Lines for ice maker leaked and the new turn off vales for sink move too much. Plummer came to our house 3 times before he actually did the work( how many times do you visit in order to write down what is needed to do the job?)

The experience went very badly. Once they got the job, they came in and did a little bit of work and then the next day they didn't show up until later. They would leave and we had to keep calling and calling them because they would go out on other jobs and then come back. We had to keep pushing them to get it done. The work they did was good but the service was horrible. They were in the basement talking, cussing and carrying on. We could hear it through the floors. It took so long to get the job done that we had to keep calling them back. We wouldn't recommend them. The communication was bad. The price was fair..

He did a great job at getting things done, however about a year after I found a serious problem with how he ran a pipe out of my roof. He did not repair the hole around the pipe causing almost 1800 worth of damage. I contacted him in september of 2012 about this issue and as of 5/16/2013 it has not been resolved. I have mold in my closet from the rain and mold in my attic. I had to pay another company to come out and fix the damages that he did not resolve. When I asked the plumbing inspector who is liable for the vent around the pipe, he informed me it was the plumbers. I feel I got a good price for everything, however I have known this plumber personally for years, and am not satisified with the follow up he has given me.

It ended up being a mess. I had water on my hardwood floors and my vanity was ruined. He came back and replaced a piece of pipe that he thought was the issue. This didnt help. He had damaged the intake water line, he broke the seal and I had to have someone else come out to figure out and fix the problem. It cost me another $175.00 before the problem was found.
