At 6 am on August 30, a deer jumped in to my car. It was still driveable, so I called the toll-free telephone number to file a claim. By 10 am the local adjuster had contacted me, by noon he had evaluated the damage, and by 4 pm ALL the arrangements had been made for repairs and a rental car. Repairs were completed on Friday, September 6, only a little over a week from the accident, and with a holiday thrown in!! I do not know what the total cost to the insurance company were, but I only had a co-pay of 300.00!
