Description of Work: A drain pipe on the second floor of our house was leaking through to the kitchen on the first floor. Mr Tingler and his staff postpone some personal plans to immediately come out on a Saturday to repair the problem. It involved climbing up through the kitchen bulkhead in order to fix the problem
