We had a very good experience with Creative Carpet. From the very first email inquiring about a quote, Valarie was responsive and quickly addressed all of our questions and concerns. She worked around our (sometimes very difficult) schedule, and made sure that we could get measurements and installation on dates/times that worked for us. She helped us find a very nice carpet that worked within our budget, and we are thrilled with the finished product.
