HE DIDN'T SHOW UP WITH THE MATERIALS NEEDED WHEN HE FIRST CAME. THE STRUCTURE OF THE RAILING IS LOVELY BUT IT WAS RUSTY THE DAY HE INSTALLED IT. HE'S COME BACK TWICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS AS MOST OF THE RUST IS IN THE PORES AND THERE IS ALSO RUST AROUND THE DECORATIVE AREAS. HE CLAIMS THE RUST IS TAKEN CARE OF AND THE RAILING IS BEAUTIFUL.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. JIM PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE VERY PROMPTLY, BUT THE WORK TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO COMPLETE.
