HE DIDN'T SHOW UP WITH THE MATERIALS NEEDED WHEN HE FIRST CAME. THE STRUCTURE OF THE RAILING IS LOVELY BUT IT WAS RUSTY THE DAY HE INSTALLED IT. HE'S COME BACK TWICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS AS MOST OF THE RUST IS IN THE PORES AND THERE IS ALSO RUST AROUND THE DECORATIVE AREAS. HE CLAIMS THE RUST IS TAKEN CARE OF AND THE RAILING IS BEAUTIFUL.

JIM TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN A WEEK WITH A QUOTE. AFTER 2 WEEKS I CALLED HIM AND WAS TOLD THAT HIS TRUCK WAS BEING REPAIRED. I TOLD HIM I NEEDED A QUOTE, NOT HIS TRUCK. I CALLED AGAIN 2 WEEKS LATER AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME SOON. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF HIM 2 WEEKS LATER AND BEGGED HIM FOR A QUOTE. HE QUOTED ME 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. I ASKED HIM WHY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME AND HE HAD NO ANSWER. I THINK HE DIDN'T WANT THE JOB. IF SO, HE SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME THAT UP FRONT AND I WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED HIS TIME OR MINE.
