Transaction could not have been smoother.  Fence was delivered without any issues and the delivery folks were very personable and helpful regarding tips on fence construction.

Let me start by saying that everyone I dealt with at Best Buy  Fence Supply couldn't be nicer people. That's why it pains me to give them such a bad review. Mark, the owner, came out quickly and did the estimate on the fence installation. I hired Best Buy Fence Supply because they offer a discount for people who rescue dogs. Plus Mark was very knowledgeable and has years of experience. I felt completely comfortable hiring them to do the install. But, after setting the date for installation the "comedy" of errors began.
They kept rescheduling the installation date. I don't recall how many times they changed the date but it became ridiculous. Finally a crew of 3 guys showed up. The manager of the team was Mark's son. They were supposed to be there at 8 or 9 a.m. They didn't show up until noon. My roommate and I just happened to be home when they showed up. His son wanted us to walk him through where the fence was to go. They had no map or diagram. If we hadn't been home they would have had no idea where I wanted the fence. After showing him where the fence should go they assured me most of it would be up when I got home that night. I got home that night to find only the corner posts up. My neighbor told me they were only there for a couple of hours. 
Plus they left a mess in the yard. They had knocked down a section of wood fence that was there when I bought the house. It had to be replaced. They left the section they knocked down on my neighbor's yard. They also left the new wooden sections lying on the grass instead of leaning them against an out building. There were open bags of cement, tools, spilled cement, etc.
I assumed they'd be back the next day to finish installation. They didn't show up. I was livid and called the company. The receptionist had no idea where they were. She thought they were finishing another job somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner. She said she'd have him call me. He never called. I called her back and she said she hadn't heard from him so she gave me his cell no. I called several times and he never answered. I called the office back again and Carl answered, who is Mark's brother. He was appropriately outraged and said he didn't understand why they hadn't returned that day. He said he'd find out. Eventually Carl called me back and assured me the crew would be back out the next day to finish the job.
The crew did come back the next day and got most of the job done, but on inspection we realized they'd done a really bad job. The gates were crooked. There was space at the bottom of the fencing that my small dog could get under. They knew about my dog and had assured me that he wouldn't be able to get out. The brackets holding the chain link to the posts weren't tightened all the way.  I could go on and on about how sub par it was. 
Again I called the office the next day to to inform them of the poor installation job. I don't remember the chain of events but eventually Mark (who had been out of town) came out to inspect the fence. We showed him everything that was wrong with the fence. He was appropriately angry with his son and said he would have the crew come out the next day to fix it. I insisted that I didn't want his son and crew out to finish it on their own. I told him I wanted him personally to fix the mistakes. Mark and the crew came early the next day and everything was fixed. We were happy with it. Mark said he had to order the caps and that he'd be back the next week to install them. Several weeks went by. I called again. They assured me someone would come out to install them. Carl came out the next day (Carl had told me previously that he doesn't do installations). When we got home and inspected the fence the majority of the caps were crooked. They were so loose you could pull them right off the poles. One of the caps was completely cracked. The posts had been sawed off in order to make them all even. Instead of them being parallel to the ground they were as much as 45 degrees off level. 
Of course I made my millionth call to the office. I spoke with Carl who said the wrong caps came in. He said they ordered the right ones and when they came in they'd reinstall. I insisted that the posts being fixed so they'd be level. That was a week ago and we're still waiting for them to be switched out.
The entire installation was supposed to take one day.That "one" day has turned into several months and it's still not completed. If I had to do it over, I would pay much more money to have it done right the first time. Again, these are nice people who do a horrible job. I'm surprised they're still in business.
