Paint job was beautiful, and carpets look terrific. Tim is a very busy, well respected contractor in the Wilmington area. As a result, you may need to wait your turn before he can get to your job. When he does, he stays with it until it is finished and you are satisfied. He has done many projects for us over the past 6 years. He has stripped off roofs and replaced them, painted, installed drainage tiles, plastered, done electrical and plumbing repairs, installed insulation and siding, poured a concrete porch and many more. He charges a flat $20/hour/person for most work plus cost of materials. He will also give you a bid and stick to it if you prefer. He is absolutely honest and he and his crew take care to do a job well. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking at a home remodeling project.
