The guys were all pleasant and good workers. The late start due to scheduling error set them up for a bad ending to the day.
Description of Work: Moved 3 bedroom house from Columbus to Toledo. They were supposed to be at the home at 9 am. When did not show, I called and they said they were not expected (or some mix up) until 1pm. We discussed that the job would take all day so they added a mover, i.e. 4 instead of 3. Due to the late start, they were still unpacking the truck at 11 pm in Toledo. Everyone was tired and furniture did not get put together or put where is was supposed to be.

MOVERS WERE SUPERB! THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF PACKING THE ITEMS TIGHTLY INTO THE TRUCK SO THAT NOTHING BROKE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY WORKED HARD FOR THE ENTIRE 2 HOURS WITH NO COMPLAINTS AND NO DAMAGE TO ITEMS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: MOVED BOXES AND FURNITURE FROM 2 BEDROOM DUPLEX AND LOADED INTO 16 FT. MOVING TRUCK FOR A MOVE ACROSS TOWN.
