I hired Movers on a Mission to help move down the street (5 buildings down). They were hired for 2hrs of packing and 2hrs of moving. They were scheduled to show up at 9:30 and didn't show up until 11:30 to pick up the U-Haul. I made sure to leave bubble wrap and newspapers to wrap the China and other fragile belongings. They didn't use what I left and after looking through a few boxes, I have found some broken glass. They wanted to charge more and I refused due to the poor service. I also went back to my home I was moving from and they had left a lot of items. I had to contact my former handyman to help with moving the rest of the belongings that were left behind. I haven't received a statement or anything from them so I feel like they know they did not do the service correctly.
