I was told the inataller would be there between 2-3. Carlos didnt show up until near 4:30 and he had the wrong carpet on truck. Because he didnt speak English well he gestured what I took to mean he was going to get the right carpet which is 10 min from the house and come back. He didnt come back. I tried calling Discount Carpet and got vm. Call never returned so I called next day and was told I had an imaginary conversation with Barbarba saying I would be in today to pick out another carpet. They sold my carpet I paid for to someone else. Barbara is a liar and lousy customer service rep. So I settled on another carpet and was told 270 for install. I said I already paid up front for carpet and install and again Barbara failed to charge or double charged on the carpet. I cancelled the order after she rudely hung up on me when I said that is ridiculous you double sold my carpet forcing me to settle on another and now want to double charge on install. Takes an hour and 270 seriously? These people are scammers. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware. Francine Currier

THEY HAVE A GOOD SELECTION OF FLOOR COVERINGS TO CHOOSE FROM. WE WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE CARPET WE HAVE NOW. WE HAD A FEW ESTIMATES AND THEIR PRICES WERE THE LOWEST. THE INSTALLATION IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, TOO.

THE CARPET WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE. WHEN THEY GOT TO MY HOME, THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AROUND FOR ME.
