Moving
Service was confirmed on Friday and we were told we were their only job on Saturday. Arrival was to be 9 a.m. At 10:15 we started making calls to see where they were. When we finally reached them after 10.30 we were told they had another small job first but should have been there by then. Many calls later - when the company failed to return calls - we gave up and loaded ourselves. Final call from mover directly came after noon when we had already loaded and gone to new location. No member of management has contacted us.
