+ -1 moreI wanted a home inspection in order to forecast expenses. Our home is 17 years old and we are the original owners. It is time to remodel but didn’t want to start anything then be surprised by a major system malfunction. Dave confirmed our suspensions and pointed out a few unnoticed things which helps us prioritize our budget. He was courteous, prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend he to anyone!

Dave was very thorough during the inspection. We had concerns after the inspection and Dave was quick to follow up with us and went the extra mile to make sure we covered everything. Very professional and I would definitely recommend!
