 + -1 moreWALTER SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND FINISHED THE JOB ALMOST AS SOON AS HE SAID HE WOULD. (WEATHER INTERFERED.)THE RESULTS ARE WONDERFUL. OUR BASEMENT HAS BEEN DRY AS A BONE IN EVERY STORM SINCE HE COMPLETED THE WORK. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
Description of Work: LAST YEAR, IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, WALTER NOCH REPLACED TWO BASEMENT WALLS IN OUR VERY OLD HOUSE WITH BLOCK REINFORCED WITH REBAR. HE ALSO WATERPROOFED THE OTHER TWO WALLS FROM THE OUTSIDE, AND REPLACED THE BASEMENT WINDOWS WITH GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS.
