I hired Brad Rosser from UltraModern Construction, Inc. to remodel my old brick fireplace into an updated stone fireplace. We completely planned the project and I was patiently waiting for a written final quote while Brad had problems at other jobsites, and then he never contacted me again. He did not return emails or phone calls, and his phone was not setup for voicemail. I emailed a deadline to Brad telling him that I would need to hire another contractor if I did not hear from him. Instead of calling me, he called the stone company to inform them that I would be asking for another contractor. This delayed my project by almost 3 weeks, which also delayed the painters. I emailed to Brad that I would be putting a bad review for his business on Angie's List and the BBB unless he called, and he still did not care enought to call. Luckily, I had not paid a deposit yet.
