TARGET

I walked home and I opened the box, I saw that this phone did not have a jack and was not corded like I asked. So I called them back, I had to walk there and back, I am elderly so I didn?t want to walk back there again. I asked them to come out to me to get me the jack for the phone. The young lady I spoke with said she was a manager but I don?t think she was. She was yelling at me, being extremely rude, and she banned me from the store then hung up on me. I walked back to the store and got my jack back but I was stopped by security and escorted out, they said I was banned from store and all Target stores. I called their corporate office and they just told me that they ?stand by their store?. They didn?t even really listen to my complaint. I called the store back and asked for the store manager, I started to explain my complaint to the store manager and I was told that, I am no longer allowed to call the store or enter or else they would call the cops. So now I am stuck with a phone I cannot use and I am banned from Target.
