in 2007 I had this product installed at my home. In 2020, I noticed air bubbles, so I called them because they offer a lifetime guarantee. The customer service is AWEFUL. I had to call and call and call and nobody would respond back. they finally did, replaced the film. Fast forward to 2023 the film that was replaced in 2020 had over 100 air bubbles now. So I call, leave message after message after message and NOBODY CALLS ME BACK. The product is ok, if installed correctly, but this companies customer service is non existent!

They installed the film on my patio. They travel all around the country and they are based out of Ohio. They do an excellent job. In 2000, they did the our bay window in our house. It helped prevent the sun from dry rotting my rapes. It helps with installation in all four seasons. They did a remarkable job!

THE SALESMAN STATED IN HIS PRESENTATION ONE OF THE FILM COMPANIES COMPETITORS WERE USING WAS FILING BANKRUPTCY. I ASKED WHICH COMPANY. HE REPLIED HE COULDN'T TELL US. IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE CLAIMS YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO BE FORTHRIGHT.
