The interior designer was very helpful in assisting us in selection of fabric, furniture,  artwork, flooring, & paint selection.

Our house looks beautiful.

Larry, the owner came out to my house to help me determine what would fit well into my existing room.  I was replacing two
old chairs.  He was on time and extremely helpful in making recommendations that would enhance my room.  A few days
later I went to the showroom to look at some options he had picked specifically for my room.  I am happy to say, I found the
perfect chairs and fabric for my home.  They were delivered within the time frame quoted.  The delivery men made sure to
cover my floors and were very friendly.  I have done business with Sheraton over the last 30 years and their quality and service continue to be the best.  They treat their customers well.

It went very well. The sales consultant was very helpful when he came to my home for the consultation.  He showed me fabrics, colors and several choices of what furniture would work in my room.  I was very pleased with what he showed me and went back into the store to complete the order.
Everything arrived on time and in the time that was quoted when I placed the order.   We got a call to set up delivery, and a few days later my furniture was in my home. The delivery men, were amazing.   They were very courteous and respectul, but most of all, very careful when they brought everything into my home not to damaged anything.
My room looks fantastic  and I could not have done it with out the help of the entire Sheraton staff.

On the day before Easter, my 91 year old Mother's old lift chair froze in the reclined position.  She hadn't been well recently and we needed a comfortable chair with lift capabilities.  Since her old chair had frozen with her feet in the air, we couldn't even use it as a "normal" chair for her.  I jumped in the car, trying to figure out who might have a chair which could either fit in my car or be delivered THAT DAY.  Sheraton's TV ads came to mind.  Rather than running to less expensive stores, which would probably need to get a chair from a central warehouse and not have one available that day, I went right to Sheraton.  I actually arrived there before they were open.The salesman there completely understood my situation and only showed me chairs which were there in stock.  He even arranged for it to be delivered that day, on a holiday weekend!  Kudos to Sheraton on their responsiveness and customer service!

WALT CAME OUT MADE A DRAWING 7 TOOK A BUNCH OF NOTES. EIGHT WEEKS LATER HE CAME OUT WITH THE WRONG PARTS AND NOT ENOUGH PARTS, SO HE HAD TO RE-ORDER THE PARTS. WE ARE NOW GOING ON 17 WEEKS SINCE THE ORIGINAL VISIT AND THE SECTIONAL IS STILL NOT FIXED.

THE SALESPERSON LINDA BOBBITT WAS FANTASTIC AND HELPED US COORDINATE THE EXACT LOOK WE WANTED, AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH THE PHONE CALLS TO INSURE DELIVERY DATES WERE MET (ACTUALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS) NOT ONLY DID THEY INSURE PROMPT DELIVERY, SHE CALLED WHEN SHE THOUGHT ONE ITEM MIGHT BE DELAYED. ALL PIECES WERE DELIVERED AHEAD OF TIME AND LOOKED FABULOUS TOGETHER, SHE AND THE OWNER CALLED BACK AFTER DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING.

VERY RESPONSIVE. CONTACTED ME ON EVERYTHING. ORDER WAS DELIVERED 4 WKS EARLY. THE DELIVERERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY MOVED ALL MY OLD FURNITURE OUT FOR ME AND RECONNECTED MY COMPUTER. THE FURNITURE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT.
