The front of my house had just been water proofed and all of the shrubs had been removed. For some reason, I had real difficulty finding anyone interested in working in Euclid. The only other quote that had received was for $10,000 (I don't think that they wanted the job). I contacted the subcontractor that did the water proofing and he recommended this company. I called Second Nature several times before actually getting a design. I loved the design and immediately accepted the quotation. It took several more phone calls to finally get the work done two months later. Although he was slow to do the work, he did not require a down payment and took several more months to send me a bill. I would recommend this company but only if you are not in a hurry. The design, installation, and price were great, but they were slow.
