Description of Work: MOTOR ON BOILER MAKING NOISE. ADDED OIL. CHECKED SYSTEM. SAID I MIGHT NEED PARTS FOR MOTOR BUT SHOULD MAKE IT TIL SPRING, SINCE WE WANT TO DO A NEW SYSTEM. VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING OUR VERY COMPLICATED SYSTEM, BOILER WITH 2 THERMOSTATS.
