Over a 4 year period and two renters - they never pulled a credit report or checked references, never did an exit walkthrough. Did not handle repairs. The last renter did over $5,000.00 worth of damage to the property and when I sent pictures to Carolyn Nark, she said she could not see them. At one point, the renter was three months behind on the rent and she said she mailed the check to Atlanta, Georgia by mistake. It took another two months and threatening to get an attorney before the replacement check arrived. She collected late fees only once or sent a year end summary which is in the contract. They take 10 percent of the rent. They collect fees for doing absolutely nothing.
She did however give a great reference to the tenant that destoyed my property and constantly paid the rent late.
