THIS OUR THIRD SEASON WITH PGR. THE FIRST SEASON, SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAD AN EMERALD GREEN LAWN WITH NO WEEDS. AND, RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO NEIGHBORS. SERVICE STARTED TO DECLINE LAST YEAR. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER PERSONALLY AND HE WAS RESPONSIVE. THIS YEAR SERVICE HAS BEEN AWFUL. WE CALLED THE COMPANY TWICE IN JULY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BROWN SPOTS THAT SEEMED LIMITED TO OUR SIDE YARD. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE HEAT, EVEN THOUGH THE REST OF THE LAWN LOOKED FINE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY THAT MOWS OUR LAWN EVEN CALLED THE OWNER OF PGR DIRECTLY. THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE. NOW IT IS SEPTEMBER, I HAVE LOST THE SIDE YARD AND PARTS OF THE FRONT AND BACK YARD. THEY NOW BLAME THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR NOT LETTING THEM USE THE RIGHT CHEMICALS. I HAVE PAID THIS COMPANY ABOUT $200 THIS SEASON, AND NOW WILL HAVE TO RE-SEED PARTS OF THE LAWN TO THE TUNE OF $1000.

I NEVER HAVE TO REMIND THEM TO COME AND I RARELY EVER SEE THEM. VERY MINIMAL SERVICE FOR WHICH I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. WE PAY $28 FOR LAWN TREATMENTS & AERATING IS $43.
