Nathan steam cleaned carpet in all our bedrooms, cleaned tile grout, and cleaned our laminate floors. The floors look like brand new! Had Orion Cleaning Solutions come and clean my carpets. He did an outstanding job. My bedroom and steps needed cleaned I was really impressed at the amount of time he spent cleaning the spots. I have used them several times and the prices are reasonable.

The first day I could not be here so I advised him not to come and we rescheduled for the following week. When he came, he did not have the correct equipment. So, he had to go and get the right equipment and had to reschedule for another day. He came back and did an ok job. He didn't move any furniture and didn't do a thorough job. I didn't ask him to move heavy furniture, but there was some smaller items that seemed logical to me to be moved for a thorough cleaning.

I actually had nathan out two years ago from a Groupon. I asked him back because I had used another service that barely had any effect at all. Nathan brings in the big dog of machinery and cleaning solutions. If you are not diligent about your carpet cleaning, he is the one to bring in to get out the old stuff. For $300 he cleaned two rugs, stairs, hall, bedroom, a loveseat and two chairs. A few weeks after he was out I got a follow up call. I told them that there were still some stains on the stairs. Nathan came out for free and redid the stairs for me. I am consistently impressed by his diligence in regards to his business. Anyway, I would not call him the cheapest but I would call him the best and is the one to call when you have not cleaned the carpets in a while and have heavy traffic
