THIS WAS A HUGE JOB. JOHN WAS GREAT--TOTALLY RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO REACH, EXCELLENT WORK, ALWAYS AGREEABLE. AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE, I ASKED TO HAVE THE ELECTRIC OUTLET COVERS CHANGED SINCE IT TURNED OUT THE BIG BOXES AROUND THEM WEREN'T REQUIRED BY CODE THE WAY THAT JOHN THOUGHT IT WAS. HE CAME BACK AND MADE THE CHANGES AFTER HE WAS PAID.
Description of Work: BUILT A HUGE SCREENED PORCH. ESSENTIALLY MADE A NEW FOUNDATION, BUILT A TWO STORY HIGH ROOM BY THE ARCHITECT'S PLANS, INSTALLED CEILING FANS, SKYLIGHTS, LIGHTING, PAINTED, INSTALLED THE SCREENING, AND EXTENDED AND RESURFACED THE ADJACENT DECK AND STEPS DOWN TO THE YARD.
