Nice Price Cleaning

It turned out very badly. They were fine with price. The guy that came and who was in charge was rude. He was angry but the girl was okay. They were right on time. I would absolutely not use them in the future. They could have spent a little more time in the house. My experience with them was okay. I don't want them back at my house.

Owner and 2 additional staff arrived to clean. Thoroughly cleaned laundry room, kitchen, bathrooms, family room, dining room, bedroom. Dusted and cleaned areas that had not been cleaned in years. Even dusted and gleamed baskets on top of kitchen cupboards.

Excellent service, quality, and professionalism. They were extremely polite and professional, they worked quickly and efficiently, and the house looked and smelled fresh and clean when they were finished. No harsh chemical odors, no residues. I was lucky they were available and willing to help me within the week's notice I gave them. The owner was helpful and willing to accommodate my schedule. I am a stay at home mom, and use cleaning services only occasionally; if I worked and needed regular assistance, I would work with NPC without hesitation. I am trying to get another visit scheduled as I write this review.

I had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for 4 hours of housecleaning.  I was contacted immediately by them to schedule the appointment. We were preparing for a large graduation party to be held at our home and I needed help to get caught up on the housecleaning since I had put in long hours at work!  They worked their schedule to accommodate my needs. They cautioned me that it would be for 1 and 1/2 hours (with three people) but that it would not be enough time for a deep cleaning.  I was comfortable with what they said they would be able to do.
The morning of the cleaning the team of three arrived promptly and set right to work = one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, and the third started dusting  etc.
When they were through the bathroom sparkled the kitchen shined and all the floors and furniture were gleaming - they really hustled!
I was very happy with how the house looked!
A great team I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We've had NPC come three times to clean and have been 100% satisfied each time!

Nice Price did have a reasonable price, but his people skills lack a lot.  The first time he came to the house, he quoted us a price that was agreeable.  After several months, he started complaining that he was losing money cleaning our house.  Our house is 2,200 square feet.  All hard wood floors in the bed rooms and carpeting in the hallway and stairs, and the family room.  We have tile in the kitchen and foyer. It is only my wife and I and we have no pets or children that live in the house.

Last Saturday, he left my wife an email stating that he has an opening on Tuesday and he needed to know right away.  My wife did not receive it until this morning (Monday). 

There was a second email stating to forget about it and get somebody else to clean your house for a better price.

I think he is having some business management issues and acts very immature for a business owner.  I would not recommend him to anyone.

I first found Nice Price in September when I was looking for a company to clean my house after a construction project and immediately before hosting my wedding rehearsal dinner.  I was short on time and Dwayne totally came through for me.  I hired two companies to come clean my house (drywall dust was everywhere) and NPC came first.  They cleaned longer, more thoroughly, and less expensively than the other company I hired.  
I have now hired Dwayne and his crew to clean my house weekly.  They are very good, polite, timely, and flexible.  I have a large house and they don't clean every room (spare bedrooms that are rarely used get left out) and the price is totally reasonable.  There are in and out in about 1 1/2 hours and it's about $100!
I think they are great and highly recommend!

Called back within 2 hours of my call to schedule time.  Showed up on time and did an excellent job.  Very pleasant.  Would use again.

Nice Cleaners cleaned my whole house. They brought all supplies needed but were flexible and used a product I wanted used in a certain room.  They did an excellent job, arriving on time and finishing up as scheduled.  The house sparkled!  I plan to use them again.

I spoke with Duane on the phone and told him about my house.  He gave me an estimate over the phone and told me what he planned on doing.  I have a large home with 5 bathrooms and he said he would bring 5 people.  He arrived on time with the team and all the cleaning supplies.  They worked non stopped until my house was done.  He quoted me $225 on the phone and he charged me just what he quoted.  I could have found someone that was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for today.  I spent a little more and got a great job done.  I'm very pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and friendliness.   They cleaned awesome.   So glad I used them and I highly reccomend.

We called around to several cleaning companies and chose Nice Price Cleaning based on them being listed on Angies list.  They met with my wife and went over everthing that they would do, and we arranged a date for them to start . They are very accomodating to  our schedule.
