MR. MOVER

We hired Tony to move a safe from Medina to Willoughby. Once he arrived at the house in willoughby he realized he didn?t have enough guys to get the safe into my house. He said he would put it in my garage temporarily and come back in a week with two more guys to put it on the basement. Three weeks went by and never heard from him. When he was contacted he said he couldn?t move it and told me to hire another company to finish his job. When asked for a refund of the money we paid, he refused. I?ve used Tony no less than 5 times in the past. This was unprofessional and deceptive. I would NOT recommend him for your move.

Tony and his team at Mr. Movers, in Willoughby, Ohio, were great! They are a well oiled machine. They all work very hard and are efficient. They stayed until the job was done. Everything was handled with care and respect. I would recommend them for your next move

The Mr. Mover team was very professional and operated like a well oiled machine, getting the job done very quickly and precisely. They were extremely careful and never bumped furniture into any walls or door frames. When they ran into a challenge with a staircase railing, they were able to remove it and later reassemble it better than it was before. I'll be using them to complete moving my remaining furniture after my house is sold.

My friends recommended this company to me. I reserved three movers two weeks ago without any down payment. They arrived on time. Tony and his son Joe had to bring another truck because one was not enough. Everyone is very professional, hardworking, careful, and friendly. They are very efficient as well. Highly recommended.

Tony was prompt, professional and punctual. His crew was great too, they worked very hard and fast, but with care, they cared and listened in placing items in the new residence. they were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend you give them a call if you need moving services.

Everything went very well

Tony and his assistant showed up exactly when promised, prepared the stairs as necessary, then made the move efficiently. Very professional yet friendly.

The couch was too larger to go around the corner of the landing downstairs. Tony brought 4 workers. They wrapped the couch and hoisted it down through the double picture window in the bedroom to the patio below, then in the front door.

They arrived when promised and went straight to work. They were courteous and pleasant and careful of all the furniture. The price was exactly as quoted and took less time than I had anticipated. Great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for dependable and efficient movers.

Tony and his team are exceptional. They communicate very well with each other because there is a lot of coming and going from the house to the truck. They were very careful with all items throughout the move. It's very easy to tell why this company has had years of successful business. I would highly recommend Mr. Mover without hesitation to anyone who needs to move anything from one place to another.

My daughter hired Mr Movers to move her furniture, while we where there also.   .  We had beds and mirrors from dressers already torn down (which they appreciated), and the boxes, etc had already been moved, they were moving only the furniture. The movers arrived 10 minutes early, looked over what needed done, was very organized, careful not only of the furniture and walls but for their
safety. They worked quickly and efficiently. We have used this company for moves as well and found the service consistent and employees well trained

The move went well. My previous moving plans fell through and Mr. Mover was able to squeeze me in, for which I was very grateful! The 3 men were efficient and quick and very courteous. I guess I did not realize that I was charged for their driving to and from, so that resulted in another hour. Cost more than I had budgeted to spend. I did not have much to move.

Contacted Mr. Mover to discuss damage done to our cat tree. May not be much to some people, but we don't have a lot and this was not cheap. I texted Tony on 9/4 to describe the damage and asked how we could come to a resolution. On 9/6, I texted him again as he had not responded. He responded by texting he would need to come by and see it. On 6/9, I texted him again stating I had not heard anything from him. He responded that he would try to fit if in this week and he would let me know when he could come by and see it. Today is 9/22 and I have yet to hear anything back. At this point, I have given up ever getting a response and quite frankly, I don't want one!

All went very well

The whole team was absolutely AMAZING!!! They were super friendly and courteous. One of the hardest working bunch of people I have ever encountered and it was amazing how smoothly everything went. My husband and I have ALOT of stuff and the move was done in about 6 hours. I would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them to everyone. If I could give an A plus, I would. This is the second time I used Mr. mover and I describe the men as a well oiled machine. They give cues to each other as to what they are doing. Highly efficient and they move quickly to get the job done in a timely manner. I moved on 12/14 during all the snow and heard no complaints from them about the weather. The men are very courteous and moved things to exactly where I asked even if it meant removing a piece of furniture once I already thought I knew where wanted the furniture. I highly recommend them and the cost of the move is very reasonable.

My husband and I have transferred all over the country and we have never seen such incredible work by any moving company we have ever hired. Clayton and Scott were amazing! They were so fast, efficient, organized and respectful. We were in awe watching them navigate all the pieces. They said they worked together as a team for 8 years and you could see them work as one mind! I appreciated Tony's help with scheduling the guys exactly when we needed them. Clayton and Scott were actually there alittle early - so impressive!
This company stood out on Angie's list when I searched for a moving group and deservedly so! The best!

It went real well. The workers were friendly and very efficient. They didn't waste any time on a very hot day.
Everything was wrapped for protection.
I think we only needed two men to move the furniture instead of three, thus the hourly rate would have been a little lower.

Tony, Did a great job moving us to our new home. We packed all the small items in boxes and left the heavy work to Tony and his crew. Everyone was very professional and unbelievabley strong. They moved everything very efficeintly and with out a scratch.
This is the third time I have used Mr. Mover and would use him again.

The Movers were on time...even a little early. By 9:00 AM they were
already loading the furniture from a three bedroom ranch home including
furniture on the patio, in the garage and basement as well as a piano.
.The three men were polite, professional, careful with the piano and
other items. They worked quickly and efficiently, filling the truck in
about 2 hours. Travel time to the next house was about 20 minutes where
they once again wasted no time in taking the items into the new
house. They reassembled the beds, placed boxes in the correct places,
followed directions well and worked as a cohesive team. Total time in
the moving was about five and a half hours from start to finish. No one
stopped for lunch but kept working until everything was it it's place.
We had extra boxes in some of our cars and they took the time to carry
them in for us. The movers were easy to talk with and certainly pleasant
throughout the time. .
We were very pleased. The crew was wonderful.

They were supposed to be in Cleveland Heights by 8am. They called me at 8:30 saying they were running late because of the weather and that they hadn't even picked up the truck yet. If this was true, why didn't they call at 7:45? Then they came about an hour later than that. The roads weren't very bad and I had actually been out driving and was not slowed down much at all. Then as they were chitcatting, they mentioned that they had been up until 2am the night before. Hmm... I wonder why they got a late start. They stopped to take smoke breaks and I was paying hourly and my furniture was sitting outside in the snow. They said they wanted to put all the boxes in the new house first and then put boxes into the correct rooms afterward. They never did this and the reason I hired movers is because I have trouble physically moving things. It was cheaper than anyone else, but you get what you pay for. I was offended that they lied to me and made me late for where I needed to be next and when I brought it up to the owner, the response I got was just, and quot;sorry that's too badand quot;.

Our move went great. Mr. Mover was on time. They started working as soon as they arrived. They had three men and worked diligently until the job was complete. Nothing was scratched or broken and there was no damage to our new
home. Overall I was very pleased with Mr Mover`s work and I would highley recomend them.
