LAKE COUNTY GLASS

I received a quote the same day the technician looked at the glass.
After I ordered the glass, it took about 10 days to receive.
Once the glass was in, they called and made an appointment, they actually did the work on a federal holiday, which really helped with my schedule.
Technicians were there when they were supposed to be even during cold snowy weather. They were very professional and polite.
It only took about 30-45 Minutes, they even adjusted the door height.
They gave me veterans discount too. They do not advertise this, but I asked anyways. They didn't have to but they did anyways.
Overall good experience, price is a little high, but it is what it is.
Most of the time when I hire people to do things, I am very angry and disappointed, Not this time.

Overall, they did a excellent job.  I thought the price would be a lot higher, so I am happy with that.

They went above and beyond to get my mirrors finished and delivered on two days notice since the contractor finishing my basement was ready for them a week early. Nicki, the counter clerk, recognized that I was a repeat customer and really tried to help me get the material I needed scheduled in the shop on short notice. She even called my cell phone as soon as the installation hardware was cut the next day so I could pick it up and get it to my installer ASAP.
