He is so prompt, honest, and quite the gentlemen. Ralph Schwalm, is like a brother or cousin and is very punctual. He charges about $40.00 per hour.

RALPH DID ALL OF THE ABOVE WORK IN 6 HOURS. HE RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, ARRIVED ON TIME, WORK FAST, AND CLEANED UP AFTER EVERY PHASE OF THE JOB. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. LIKE ANY GOOD HANDYMEN , HE IS BUSY, BUT WELL WORTH WAITING FOR.
