Called provider at 8:00a.m., got a call back in 30 minutes. Joe came out around noon, replaced the blown fuse, and then took the time to go over the new appliances I just bought for our new house. Super nice guy.

I had a bunch of problems with my dryer and he fixed all of them, it is working great now. He also noticed a possible gas leak in my basement and advised me to get it fixed. He was very thorough and did a great job. I was really appreciative that he went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and safe.

"We are sorry if you are disatisfied with our service. We quoted a phone estimate (sight unseen) to install all equipment that you claimed to have, to complete the installation with the exception of possibly a mast. You had also stated that the wiring was in place, which was not, and, you had new wire in the event that it was needed. At our visit, it became apparent that unfortunately, you did not have the correct or sufficient equipment to complete the job properly. In fact you were then requesting two insufficient antennas be installed. If we had installed the equipment it would not have performed properly or to expectation, which would have disappointed you, and you would have paid for something that would not have worked correctly, or to our expectation. We quoted you via e-mail the cost to install, in the proper means, to complete the job satisfactorily. Also, you were not charged for our visit, and the delay, as you may recall was weather related. Thank you"

The refrigerator was less than two years old and would have needed expensive repair service. Heartland informed me that it might still be under warranty for the particular type of problem involved, which I did not know, and initiated discussions with the manufacturer. It turned out that the problem was still covered by an obscure warranty, and the manufacturer gave me a full refund of the purchase price. Outstanding service from Heartland!

Joe was punctual, professional and very friendly. He was honest on my freezer problem (warped door). Adjusted it the best he could. Then only charged his show up fee which was the least he could charge. Joe was very informative and direct. He has now become my appliance repair man in any future problems.

The whole experience was great from their recommendation of purchasing the part to coming into my home to replace the part and actually showing me how to replace this lamp (part) as a future reference. The service charge was very reasonable and they did a great job installing the part. I previously contacted other TV repair technicians and they wanted over $200 for the same service Heartland performed. If you do not mind purchasing the part and having Heartland install the new part you will save a lot of money.

He was very nice to deal with and showed up on schedule. His prices were reasonable. He fixed our converter box and our tv. He still put our antenna up. He is very polite and easy to work with. I would recommend him to others.
