The estimate was comparable to others. The work was done in a timely manner! The end product was flawless, it was the second time that I had Carl and his worker doing repairs in my home and both times, the work was done expertly. Carl even let me know when my parrot escaped his cage!!

After I called several plaster repair businesses, Carl Hatcher arrived in a timely manner to look over the job. Within a week he emailed his estimated cost, which was very competitive with other estimates. It also contained a proviso that the final figure might be higher if unexpected complications arose. After I accepted the offer, a date was set. He and another individual arrived promptly on the agreed date, fully prepared with all necessary tools and materials. It took them two days to carry out the repairs, at the end of which both sites were cleaned as well as possible. They then submitted the final bill, which was substantially LOWER than the original estimate.

Carl was great. Responsive, very high quality work, and efficient. Of all the service providers we have worked with he was our favorite. Would highly recommend using Hatcher plastering rather than having a general contractor attempt the job, we're very happy with his work.

Fantastic. Carl is maniacal about his craft, very organized and detail oriented. I called him to take a look and when he came to look at the repair he wanted to take care of it as soon as possible and was back two days later. He was very efficient did a great job cleaning up and was very and well priced.

Placed a call to Hatcher Plastering on same day electrical work was completed.  Left a voicemail and got a call back within the hour.  Came out the same day for an estimate and returned the following Wednesday to perform the work.  Excellent customer service and clearly an expert in plastering and texture matching.  You cannot  see the difference in the repair texture against the rest of the ceiling texture.  Would not hesitate to use Hatcher Plastering again and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Mr. Hatcher was courteous and professional prior to, during and after performance of the work.  He provided a formal written estimate, including a job description and a not-to-exceed price. He also provided evidence of bonding and insurance coverage at my request, including a copy of his Certificate of Ohio Workers' Compensation.  This openness was refreshing after an earlier encounter with one other contractor, who provided only a cost estimate written on a business card and was reluctant to provide any evidence of insurance.

Mr. Hatcher also provided advice as to cleaning, priming and painting of the completed repairs.

The quality of the work was excellent.  The basement repair was blended so well that repaired areas could not be distinguished from the existing ceiling after painting.  The painted speaker hole repairs can be discerned visually only by extremely close examination.

The experience was superb.  I called and left a message with 2 different providers.  Within an hour Hatcher Plastering returned my call and scheduled a time that day to come out to review the job, determine if he could fix it and provide me with an estimate.  He arrived as promised and gave me a quote.  Scheduling of the repair was to be determined by his schedule over the course of the next 2 days but he promised it would be done before I was having my floors redone.  He did as promised and arrived 2 days later (after the initial visit) to complete the job.  Professional through and through...completed the job in record time as well as doing a wonderful job.  I couldn't be happier.  I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plastering services.

I hired Hatcher Plastering to fix some sub-standard plaster repair that was done by another contractor.  Carl Hatcher and his assistant arrived on time and I showed them the work that needed to be performed.  The scope of the work involved repairing a number of ceiling cracks on my textured, plaster ceiling.  Carl did an excellent job repairing the cracks and blending the repairs in the textured ceiling pattern.  Both he and his assistant were punctual and professional.
I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Carl for plaster repair.  He knows his stuff...many other contractors are dry wall folks that tell you they can do plaster.  Carl only focuses on plaster so he is quite knowledgeable and proficient in repairing it.

I'd called Carl.  Within a week he had been to my house, given me an estimate, scheduled and completed the repair....all for $110 less than his "maximum" quote.
The two workers were quite, clean, and did great work matching the decorative plaster in our living room and essentially replastering a 4 x 8 section of wall that had water damage.
I'd definitely use Carl's services again.

We hired them after we found the company on Angie's List. They completed the job in about four hours and cleaned up after finishing. The work completed was acceptable. They were very professional.

CARL AND HIS HELPER WERE EXCEPTIONAL!!! NOT ONLY WAS THEIR WORKMANSHIP  PROFESSIONAL AND ABOVE REPROACH, BUT THEY WERE NEAT, CAREFUL AND NOT ONLY MOVED MANY VERY HEAVY ITEMS, BUT ALSO PUT THEM BACK IN PLACE AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. TtHEY PUT PLASTIC CURTAINS AGAINST ROOM OPENINGS TO PREVENT DUST FROM GOING THRUOUT THE HOUSE, THEY PUT DROP CLOTHS EVERYPLACE AND CLEANED UP EACH AFTERNOON BEFORE LEAVING.  CARL HAD ESTIMATED 2-3 DAYS AND FINISHED EXACTLY ON TIME.  THEY ARRIVED ON TIME EACH MORNING AND WERE SO QUIET THAT THE ONE MORNING I SLEPT IN I DIDN'T EVEN HEAR THEM WORKING. THEY WERE CONSIDERATE AND EFFICIENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THEIR WORK AND THEIR PERSONALITIES.

The work was done so well you can't even see the repairs. We recommend Hatcher very highly and will use him to care for our beautiful home.

I have used Hatcher Plastering for many plaster jobs.  This was one of the smaller jobs Carl has done for me, but, it's the most recent.
As part of a rebuild project after a tree fell on the back of the house, I wanted the original plaster in the pantry replaced with plaster rather than plasterboard.  I asked Carl if he could take care of this job - and, my request was the last minute.  Carl did fit me into his schedule.
All of Carl's work is excellent.  It's impossible to tell where the old plaster stops and where his repairs begin.
The first time I asked Carl for a quote, I received two other quotes from contractors who would repair a ceiling with plasterboard.  Carl's estimate was the lowest of the three.
Plastering is becoming a lost art.  I do hope I can get the rest of the plaster repairs done in this house while Carl is in business!

Excellent.  He came as scheduled to give an estimate.  He waited, as agreed until the upstairs bath repairs were completed, then scheduled our work right after. 
He did a fine job on the repair.
