They did a superb job. They were wonderful to work with. He was very nice to work with and he was very accommodating and helpful. He was very detailed in the process. They were very happy to be providing the service. They charged a commission and that was between 20 and 25%. I would recommend them. They went above and beyond as they had to move the items and other companies were not willing to do this.

I had antiques and collectibles that I wanted to get rid of possibly through selling them to a dealer or auction house. I picked Fusco as they were rated on your list and also I drive by the warehouse often. Paul came out and looked over everything and said I had 2 choices. I could accept a check from him on the spot or I could choose to put the items in an auction which quite possibly would mean more money. After thinking about it I decided to go the auction route. The items were divided up by Paul and the first group was to be autioned off at his facility in downtown Willoughby mid-November and the second group would go into an on-line auction to attract more buyers and that auction was Mid-December. He boxed everything up and took it with him. Payment is usually with in 30 - 45 days after the auction is held and the buyers have paid for the item(s). I received the check for the first auction within 30 days. Over 45 days passed before I called and asked when I could expect the next payment and they wrote a check that day and mailed it. Unfortunately the check was made out incorrectly and couldn't be cashed and their attached inventory was missing several items that should have been part of the sale. Since their office is only open on Thursday and Fridays to accept phone messages it was a bit frustrating. However, Paul did respond to the voice mail messages I left and I picked up a corrected inventory with a correctly made out check. In the long run it was a worthwhile learning experience and his estimate as to what I might expect from placing the items in an auction was spot on. I did in fact realize quite a bit more for the items than if I had accepted a check the first day we met.

I have been going to various auctions at Fusco's for about 8 years now. I would recommend Paul and his services to anyone interested in buying or selling. He is an honest man with great integrity. He's very fair with his business and services.
