Good communication, timely service, and work looks good.

When Dave installed the door, he failed to notice an alarm contact in the door he replaced. Since the new door did not have a magnetic contact, this disabled the alarm system on the first floor. Dave was called the next day about the alarm contact and he said he would be by Friday to fix the problem he created. He did not show and he did not call. I called him and he said he would be by the next day. Once again, he did not show and did not call. Another date was set and he failed to show once again. Dave was emailed and he said he would have time at the end of the week. He asked if Friday or Saturday work When I emailed him the day that would work best he once again ignored my email. You get the picture. 3 weeks later, Dave finally repaired the alarm problem. All work was completed to my satisfaction and the work was top-notch, especially the door installation. The grades I gave the company reflect the lack of responsiveness to the problem that was created when the door was installed. If the problem was addressed promptly ( rather than 3 weeks of email and phone calls from me to Dave), I would have given the work an "A" overall.

Paul was very professional and punctual. He anticipated possible problems and did not have to alter his estimate due to unforeseen circumstances. Once the project started, he finished in a timely manner.

Paul was very efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about home repair. I called him about painting our wall but also found he could fix many of our other problems like replacing the wrong spackle the other painter used on my wood siding which didn't take the stain and left my exterior with white marks. He is careful with detail and my walls looked like they had never been wallpapered. I am very pleased with all the work he performed.
