We met Dawna when we first viewed what is now our new house. it had been on the market for over 8 years; the seller was 90+; had lived in the house for 30 years; was ambivalent about selling; and had unreasonable expectations about how much the house was worth. We were able to come to terms due to Dawna's ability to effectively bring us together so that we ended up with a deal we all liked. We just closed last week and know that it wouldn't have happened with out her. She was very detail-oriented and responsive - if there was a problem, she figured out how to solve. She was especially good with the seller - very understanding of his perspective and needs.
She was great and if you need an agent, I can recommend her without hesitation.
