My experience went very well. The staff was wonderful, professional and very knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was very reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would highly recommend this company to others.

New tires were installed and it was recommended that I have front pads and rotors replaced.

They are fine; they can fit you in, even when you do not have an appointment. Their prices are comparable and they are very clean.

I called to see if it would be possible to have new tires installed that day. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for me later that same day. The car rides like new. Would highly recommend.

Wow! I called first thing Monday morning and asked if they could remove a screw that was lodged in my tire. I was afraid I'd need an appointment and I had to get to work. The gentleman that I spoke to said bring it right in. I did, they took my car in right away, and when they were done they showed me a very short screw which thank goodness had not punctured the tire itself. The best thing was they said there would be no charge! I can't remember the last time I heard those words from anyone! I'll definitely go back for any service I need on my car.

I dropped off the tire with a mark where the screw had been and Conrad's were extremely polite and gave me a quote IF they needed to repair it. They called me a few hours later and told me that they had pressure tested it and it was fine. No charge for this service. I picked up the tire and again they were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend their service.

Went as well as it should

Conrad's Total Car Care and Tire Centers are annual, likeable, and prompt. I took my pick-up in to be alligned, they told me it would take an hour. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes, and it needed a lot of work. Everything that they worked on, works great! Their prices are good. I think there is room for improvement in professionalism. I wish I could have seen them do the work, instead of waiting in a waiting room.

They are honest and reasonably priced.

MATCHED WAL-MART PRICE. A LITTLE LONGER WAIT THAN WOULD HAVE LIKED, ESPECIALLY WITH APPOINTMENT. COURTEOUS STAFF AND CLEAN WORKERS. GOOD VALUE.

I'VE DEALT WITH JOEL ALGERI AND HE IS A GOOD PERSON TO DEAL WITH. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY. THEY DON'T SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED. I TOOK IT IN WITH A PROBLEM AND THEY LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT SOMETHING THEY COULD HELP WITH AND THEY WERE HONEST AND REFERRED ME TO THE DEALER. THEY ARE VERY FAIR PRICED AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. THEY ARE GREAT!
