house cleaning
 + -1 moreINSTEAD OF MOPPING THE TILE FLOOR, THEY SWEPT DIRT UNDER A RUG. THE BATHROOM LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE HAS USED IT, NOT CLEANED IT, WITH HAIR EVERYWHERE. BASED ON MY HOUSEGUEST'S REPORT, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE THERE THE ENTIRE TIME THEY CLAIMED TO BE, AND WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THE PROBLEM, THEY DIDN'T CARE WHAT HAD BEEN DONE WRONG OR WHY WE WEREN'T GOING TO CONTINUE THEIR SERVICES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO DO BASIC HOUSECLEANING INCLUDING BATHROOMS, KITCHEN AND FLOORS. I WAS CONSIDERING HIRING THEM TO COME WEEKLY.
