Affordable Drywall

Work was completed in one week's time and company was paid in full on 10/13/08/ . Contacted Sam 2 weeks later about poor quality paint job and cracks in the walls. He responded a week later and scheduled to come out another week later. One of his crew came to fix paint, quality was still poor. Owner, Sam, came to home on the day he scheduled, but did not complete any work. He left message stating that he didn't see any cracks. We called back and asked him to come out again when we were home to show him our concerns, he scheduled to come out a few days later. He came to home and filled a few cracks without digging them out and left other cracks unrepaired. He did not re-paint job to "fixed areas." He said he'd return the next day to finish the work, but did not. After that day, he did not return our phone calls for almost two weeks. We sent letter to his home asking him to honor his warranty on the work. He responded with a nasty letter of his own a few days later. We called him and he agreed to come out and complete the work on 12/15/08 - a full two months after he first "completed" the job. He never showed up. We called again and he said that he had the date wrong and would come a few days later. He did show up and was at the home for about 3 minutes, slapping some more joint compound on the walls and leaving quickly before my husband returned home from work. He did not offer to return again. At that point, my husband fixed the cracks and paint properly.
