We’ve had them 3 or 4 times now that I think about it.

It went OK. When removing the old gas-fired water heater it dribbled rusty water across my wall to wall carpeting in my basement and up the carpeted steps. This was an irritation but not a big issue. I cleaned it up.

They were suppose to remove an old lead trap. We would not ever hire them again and considered actually a lawsuit because they refused to make good. Everything they have done in our house around this same time frame, we have had a problem. Almost everything. They were doing three bathrooms and a kitchen. Every evening when I came home, I'd get a call from him saying he had to add something. They replaced stacks. They replaced all of the plumbing in a bathroom remodel . They replaced drains. They put in new water lines. They put in a hot water recirculating pump (that was the only good thing they did). They attached new faucets. They installed a toilet so wrong that it was in the wall (it was a wall hung toilet) that is was practically 12 inches off the floor. It was at toddler height. Unfortunately, the tiler came in right behind, so the entire work had to be ripped out to started over. They installed a bathroom shower head was at the wrong height. Every single faucet handle that they in stalled and in some cases the faucet itself has come loose. It is very difficult because they have stripped threads in some cases destroying the fixtures. They will only warranty products that they purchased and give you the 10% increase over the price. So we bought many of the fixtures ourselves. There was no reason to believe these fixtures that all of these fixtures could have been flawed. So when we needed them and it was clear from the moment of installation that they had done something wrong. Instead of replacing them, because some of them were stripped, the contractor had to kinda work around it. We are constantly fussing with these things. We did not find them on Angie's List. They were the contractors sub contractors. We finally came to the point where we just didn't want to deal with them.

Here on time and worked constantly until the job was completed.  Cleaned up completely and took away all unwanted stuff.

       I have solely used J R Sbrocco Plumbing for  all of my plumbing needs for 15 years.  There has never been a time when the job was finished and I was not pleased with the quality of his work. I have never had to call John or his staff to return because "the fix wan't really fixed".

John was recommended by a friend, and I was completely satisfied with his service. He responded quickly, was on time and seemed very competent and professional as well as pleasant. He cleaned up completely after the installation. I don't recall what he charged but at the time I felt the price was very fair. The hot water heater has functioned perfectly and If I should experience plumbing problems in the future I would likely use his services again.

John, the owner, did the work and it was perfect.

Two men were sent out for this job, which could have easily been done by one person. When the plumber arrived he was asked for an estimate but stated he could not provide one, and pleaded ignorance. The work was done a satisfactory fashion. All the work was completed in 1 1/2 hours.

We have used this plumber in the past on the recommendation of our neighbor who told us his charges were reasonable.
When the bill arrived we were shocked to find it was $439. Breakdown as follows:

We were extremely unhappy with this inflated and exorbitant bill. When we called to complain about these high charges we we given a discount of $75.
In summary, this was a simple job for which the plumber refused to give an estimate up front and for which the charges were padded and out of line. I will not use this plumber again and do not recommend his services.

It went great. We had used another person who found the project was too large, so we were left with a house and no boiler as winter was beginning. He really helped us out.

It was very good. I would recommend them.

They can come quickly for the appointment. There were two people here doing the work and it took about an hour to complete the work. The owner usually comes out to do the service.

They are my favorite and they did a good job.

Joe was fantastic! Called first thing this morning and had a new hot water tank with power vent installed by lunch time. They went above and beyond by fixing the vent pipe, which had moved out of proper pitch and collected water inside. The cold weather didn't deter them. These guys were fantastic!!!! I cannot say enough positive about them. Fast, efficient and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Best plumber around! Will not do unnecessary work and the work he does do is top-notch!

They were excellent. With all the rain and the floods he appeared on the same day. They were reasonable. I have used them several times. Price wise they are fair and reasonable. As for punctuality I was just thankful they appeared. I have nothing bad to say about them.

This company was doing some work on a gas lap at our neighbors. I asked him to look into the same problem for me. He shut off my gas line for free so I could call the gas company to take care of the problem. He's really honest and will try to troubleshoot the issue before he comes out to save money.

He did a great job, and his price was reasonable.

I contacted the office based on a colleagues recommendation. John Sbrocco himself came within 24 hours to estimate the work for the renovation. I instantly new I was in good hands. John's estimate was competitive and his experience was evident as he confidently described his work plan. The work began in earnest a week or two later as the project progressed. The team were so tidy that I hardly knew they had been here! They worked alongside other trades cooperatively and were very polite and considerate of our needs for water shut offs and work dates/times. Chris and Tom were assigned to our job, and they were just great. We missed them when the project started to wrap up! The best plumbing experience i've ever had. I'd definately recommend, in fact, I already have!

He did very well. He came out promptly. He was quick and neat.
