Gene demonstrated he is a top-notch contractor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the way he handled the work. The floors look like new! The project was completed within the expected timeframe (six workdays). In a kind gesture before the project started, Gene and his co-worker Jim helped me move and secure some furniture so it would be out of harm's way. They were approachable and friendly. The project proceeded very smoothly. Gene kept me updated every step of the way. I felt comfortable talking with him. He described refinishing methods in a clear and personable way. I was stunned by the look of the floors, even after the first application. They now have a smooth, satin finish. Gene is passionate about his work, and it shows. A truly satisfying experience.

Can't say enough good things about the experience from top to bottom. From the time I got the estimate until work was commenced, I called Gene a couple times to discuss matters - he never hurried me and was always pleasant to speak with. They were punctual, very friendly and worked hard; always cleaned up afterward. The end result was better than anticipated - our floors look like they are brand new! I highly recommend this company - it was a pleasant experience from top to bottom.
