 + -1 moreFrom the first person I talked with to the technician that came to the house, all were at best marginal in their people skills. None were particularly helpful and the fact that I really had no other option showed clearly.
Description of Work: Provided Internet service at my apartment.

 + -1 moreI WOULD SAY THAT THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE INSTALLATION. WE'VE ONLY HAD A FEW MINOR OUTAGES. THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE NEAT, AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED INSTALLATION. WE HAVE INTERNET AND DIGITAL CABLE AND A COUPLE OF HBO CHANNELS. THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF THE INTERNET SERVICE WAS ONLY $19.95.
