Wayne called the day after we left a message, very nice and knowledgeable.  He said he would sent someone out.  Called the morning of the day of the appointment to let us know his repairman was on his way.  The polite gentlemen knew exactly what to do, explained everything to me, answered any questions, CLEANED MY POOL!!  We have been looking for a great pool company for years.  We finally found one!  We need a concrete pad for our hot tub and they said they do those too and could give us an estimate!

Wayne is extremely professional. We originally asked him to come out in the summer of 2011 to give an estimate on installing a pool. We opted to wait for the summer of 2012. At the beginning of the season, Wayne called us back and asked if we were still considering a pool. We were and intended to use Wayne for the install. We ended up purchasing another home (luckily with a lot fit for a pool!) and will be using Wayne to install the pool.
Wayne was referred by a co-worker. We spent time with multiple pool installers and Wayne isn't the cheapest, but he isn't the most expensive either. He is honest and he does nice work. From the pools we looked at which he installed the consensus was that Wayne is flexible and does not have limitation on what he can do. If you want the steps a little large, he can do it. If you want to curve your concrete, he can do it. If you want color in your concrete, he can do it. Other installers were limited on their options of what they can provide without additional costs.

Wayne Turkelson handled the seasonal opening and closing of our pool for several years, giving us good service for a very fair price. I knew I could trust him to do the final pool removal and fence work right. He kept me informed during the whole process and removed all the debris. I am very pleased.
