I hired Rob. I gave a $3,000 deposit. They never did the floors and kept the $3,000. Updated 7-21-22 Finally after 5 weeks and contracting the authorities the deposit was return after 5 weeks.

"We arrived to do the job and the space was full of dirty clothes, towels, medicine, etc. Because we do not move personal items (especially clothes and medicine), we were unable to perform the job. We informed Mr. Harrison that once the personal items were removed from the workspace, we would return to complete the job. Mr. Harrison had no further contact with us at that point. After five weeks of wondering when the job would be rescheduled, we reached out to ask if he would prefer to have his deposit refunded instead of rescheduling with us. He had already contacted an attorney, instead of reaching out to us. We still refunded his deposit in full, even though Mr. Harrison has been completely unreasonable and completely unprofessional."

They were terrific..I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their floors refinished. This is the first time we have had a contractor do what they said they were going to do. They were my first choice and after the initial meeting I chose not to receive any other bids. I found the price to be fair & the quality of work above & beyond what I expected. They also educated us on what would be best for our floors. The crew was very polite & respectful. They also showed up on time & cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased. Job well done. We had a great experience !!! We had been told by other companies that the stains in our hardwood would not come out and we would have to go with a dark stain which i didn't want to do, i wanted to keep the original color. Rob was the only quote I got that gave me hope that they would look good after they got done refinishing them and they did !!! The guys were very courteous and accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend them !!!
