Window cleaning This company was supposed to clean my windows inside and outside Including the sills and screen last Sat 10/28/23. One of my bedroom screens has a tiny hole and Joseph said that they will repair it for me and on return it to me on Wed 11/1/23, then Sat 11/4/23 and again today Wed 11/8/23 with excuses like they cannot find a screen that matches the color of the original. They original screen color is grey and very common. In good faith I have paid them in full for the cleaning and the one screen repair for $440, but the screen has not been delivered as promised. I also mentioned to them if the some screens propped by the garage door that was supposed to have been washed still has bird poop and that the bottom window sills are still dirty and the screens were not properly locked in place. They promised to get that all done before they leave, but when I inspected after they have left, I noticed that none of these was accomplished. I just cleaned the sill and locked the screens myself, understanding that they must be tired after a long day. But not returning my screen frame for the 3rd time is not excusable and Kim the owner would not answer my calls.
