The entire experience from estimate to finished work was excellent. Their cost estimate was considerably lower than an other well known body shop and the finished work was perfect and completed in a timely manner. My car was returned clean inside and out. The staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Wickliffe Auto Body and will use them again.

Had skidded off the road and torn up the front bumper etc on my Mustang. Called them the next day, took the car there, and didn't have to worry about a thing afterwards - they took care of the rental, dealt with the insurance company, etc etc. Car came back looking wonderful.

Had called them because I had had a run-in with a pile of brush and scratched up the passenger door of my '98 Mustang. Not major damage - in fact, had been told that I could and quot;just get some rubbing compound and rub it outand quot; myself (by a competitor, no less) but was not at all comfortable trying this myself, after doing some research about the process; didn't have the tools, space etc, and too much could go wrong!
So I emailed them, told them what was up and they told me to bring the car by.
Much to my surprise they took a look at the car, did the work right then and there - and then refused to take anything for it.
I most definitely recommend them for working on your car. This place is impressive - the shop is clean, the staff wonderful.

I was in a terrible car accident and had to get estimates for my insurance Company. My neck was killing me but the staff took care of me. The overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. The office staff was pleasant and Dan (the owner) did a fantastic job with my car. The car was ready when they said it would be and even buffed it out, I wasn't expecting that! They also had a car for me to drive around with when they were working on mine.

A great overall experience. Dan really walked me through what he thought he could do without creating a huge bill.

I have had an excellent experience with Wickliffe. They are inexpensive comparably. They have been able to save us a lot of money over the years. They are very reliable and the car is always done when they say it will be done. They have done work on other vehicles in the past and it always turns out just perfect. Everyone in the office and the shop are just great. They have all been there for years and they are all really nice.

They were very knowledgeable and they gave me a detailed estimate, but it was very high. It was a clean establishment and very pleasant.

First, I had gotten an estimate from HONDA auto body as a woman's car had rolled down a parking incline missed about 20 cars and hit mine. The Honda auto body shop was close and as I said my truck is a Honda. So I stopped there and got an estimate. I was advised to get a second estimate. I just so happen to drive past the Wickliff auto body and stopped just to get the 2nd estimate. The gentlemen came out, sat down next to the truck and dictated a lot of jargon for the estimate. Fifteen minutes later, he had an estimate that was twice that of the Honda shop which their estimate took half the time. Had it not been for the time I would have come up short. Wickliffe got the job even though it was further away they arranged for a car were very kind and they repaired dents a scratches beyond what was promised on the contract. The interior was completely detailed, the car looked new and the work was done in no time, and everyone was very kind and considerate.
